This is for you if:
- You are ready to commit and show up with honesty and self-responsibility knowing you will likely face shadows/inner tension during this course.
- You have some experience in this kind of inner work before (or are doing Wildly Sensual Shadow-work)
- You do NOT have to believe in the outline Marte has created for the course- you will be encouraged to find your own path: different opinions are welcome and will greatly add to the learning experience for everyone -including Marte herself.
- Are ready to show up as a participant & receiver- and this includes sharing from your personal (and professional if that applies) experience (but not facilitate).
- You are also ready to surrender your current ideas & expectations to open up for NEW
- Have the intention of meeting the other course participants with respect & openness.
- Take responsibility for any triggers that might arise -and probably will. Either by yourself or seek support from Marte or another professional to work through them. Marte will provide tools, suggestions and guidance on how to navigate this, as this is a huge part of the course in itself.
This is not for you if:
- You have no prior experience with these kinds of courses. Exception is made if you start Wildy Sensual and have done a minimum of 15 activations by 14. April, and continue to make progress with Wildy Sensual Shadow work during the course. It is also recommended you choose to add in 1:1 private Sessions in order to benefit from the deeper nuances of this course.
- You do not want to take self responsability and only seek out resources like this in order to vent or exert your frustration onto others
- Are not open for new ideas and perspectives
- If you are not able to commit to the best of you abilities to attend a minimum of 6 calls

Marte created Sensual Shadow-work 4 years ago and has, with great passion, been sharing her understanding of the Human Psyche and the mystic workings of inner energetics with the World. Her understanding comes as a combination of her traditional education in Engineering, Social Anthropology and Social Economy, with her holistic education and courses in Somatic Therapy, Sexology, Spinal Attunement, Mindset understanding and Esoteric Energetics. She has 4 internationally accredited Certifications and is trauma-informed and dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for her clients.

About the group calls
There will be 8 group calls using Zoom 8.30 p.m. Oslo/Berlin time over a period of 3 months.
The group calls will be recorded, but requires attendance to minimum 6 of them in order to keep access to the recordings. When you sign up: this means you have the intention to show up to all of the 8 calls. If you have a prearranged plan on one of the dates: that is okay.
